What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Oh my God, I love this question so much! My favorite forms of physical exercise are running and hiking. Yesterday, I ran along the trail, and today I walked through the streets with my friends on our way to church. We walked, talked, and laughed together, sharing our experiences of the Lord and of life.

For me, the best kind of exercise is one that connects me both to myself and to others. When I run, I feel my breath, count my steps, and enjoy the scenery. When I hike, I climb mountains and take in the view, seeing not only the world around me but also a reflection of myself.

Happiness, for me, isn’t always about standing on the top of the mountain—it’s about the journey upward, step by step, breath by breath.
