What podcasts are you listening to?
That’s a great question! If you had asked me before September, I would have told you that my favorite podcasts were about books and reading. I truly love reading and listening to people share their thoughts and stories in their own unique style.
But after September, my life changed a lot. I started graduate school, continued my work, and set a big goal — to run a 21 km marathon this November. With such a busy schedule, I realized that my time had become even more valuable. What I need most now is to restore and recover my body and mind.
So these days, I don’t really listen to podcasts anymore. Instead, I listen to meditation music, reading music, or natural sounds while I walk, write, or work. I used to listen to podcasts during transportation, but now I mostly ride my bicycle to my destination. It’s not safe to wear earphones while biking, and honestly, I don’t miss it.
Now, I just enjoy the scenery, the air, the sunshine, and the quiet. I listen to the world itself — the rhythm of my footsteps, the breeze, the sound of life around me. This peaceful time has become my favorite “podcast.”
